Pickups, Shipping & Returns


We're excited to offer pickup for our local customers! Please allow 2 business days processing time for pickup orders. All pickup orders are offered in Lutcher or Ponchatoula. We will contact you with pickup details after your order is placed.

Shipping Details

Cher Lou Lou ships anywhere in the contiguous U.S. 

Standard shipping is sent through USPS.

We charge for shipping based on the weight of your items.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order we are not able to edit the shipping address. If you put the wrong address and the item gets shipped back to us, we will email you an invoice to cover the cost of shipping again and ask for an updated address.

Processing Time

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. Once your order is successfully submitted, we will work hard to get your order shipped out within 2-3 business days.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. Remember, we are both full time mommies! We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We will ship in-stock items as quickly as possible. Pre-order items will ship according to their estimated shipping dates as they are received from our manufacturers. 

Once shipped, please allow anywhere from 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order. To track your order, please use the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Cher Lou Lou is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Once the package has been delivered to your location, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur.

Please reach out to us at cherloulouboutique@gmail.com if you receive your package damaged and we will start a claim with USPS. If your package says "lost in transit" after 15 days please reach out to us. Please note: we can not refund the order until the claim is complete. 

If your package shows it was “delivered” and you did not receive it please contact USPS or file a claim with USPS.

Shipping Delays

Please understand that shipping times may be delayed during holiday season (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Years etc.)

Shipping delays may also occur during times of inclement weather or natural disasters.

We want your shopping experience at Cher Lou Lou to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! 

Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you've received a defective item, been sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can get it taken care of.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered merchandise for a store credit. All returned swimwear must be in “as-received” condition with tags and panty liners still in place. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. Shoes must also be in the original box in order to be eligible for return.

We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping. A $10.00 fee will be also be deducted for the cost of shipping the return back to us.

If you would like to exchange an item, the best way to ensure you get the size wanted is by returning the item that you have, and then placing a new order for the size that you want.

ANY discrepancies must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise and returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for store credit.

If the item is damaged or worn, it will be returned to the customer. You will receive an invoice for shipping before it is returned back to you.

Any item sent back to us outside of the 14 day return frame will be returned to the customer. You will receive an invoice for shipping before it is returned back to you.

Online orders can be returned by mail or dropped off at our Lutcher or Ponchatoula locations. 

Sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Holiday items can be exchanged for a different size, however they are not eligible to be returned for store credit.
